Hi, It seems that I cant customize the messages template with fancy header styling with fixed header images. When I add background image in the table, it just removed automatically. Then I customize code to meet my requirement, it still appear nothing in wordpress. is this normal? is there a workaround to add images for the messages header background?
or can we actually use mailchimp for the messages?

Hi,
You should be able to make this change using the messages editor.
What message type are you editing and so we are clear, you are inserting an image, making minor adjustments and they are “lost” when you save?
