Message Templates Displaying Incorrect Address

Hi! My HTML templates are displaying the wrong address. Our location has moved, and I updated the address in the General Settings. But when my confirmation page (or any other page/message with the address merge field) comes up, it’s still displaying our old address. And I can’t figure out where it’s pulling this address from. How do I fix this? Thank you!

Hi Jen,

Can you go to Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.
(If it is not active then please temporarily activate it)

Within the invoice settings you’ll find ‘Payee Address’, is the incorrect address set there?

If so you can either change it there, or remove it completely and save the settings to use the address set within General Settings.

(If the invoice payment method was de-activated previously you can de-activate it once again once the settings have been saved)

Ah ha! I knew I had to have missed it somewhere. It was still the old address in the invoice info. I’ve updated it – thank you! ๐Ÿ™‚
