Hi

We are currently using sending “on separate request”. It has been working good until recently. Messages started to get stucked either in the step “for generating” or “for sending”. After we manually pushed these messages out, it works again, but then after few hours/next day, some messages will get stuck again, this happens randomly.
Any idea what causes this? and how to fix.
Is it okay to change the sending method to “on the same request” ?
