Hello,
I have EE4 and i have a problem with the payments with cards, credit of debit, i’m from Spain, i don’t know if is possible to change the country in any place, because the payment is made all right with the bank but at the final part of the process, i receive this message: “Merchant country is not supported”. And the transaction appears as not completed.

May I ask which payment gateway are you trying to use there?

Hello Josh,

It’s a payment gateway made for the purpose, but the communication with the bank it’s ok, the payment it’s also ok, but when I come back to my website, I receive this message, Wich are the proper countries for a merchant? And how it’s possible to change and accept also Spain.

I can advise to contact the developer of the payment gateway and ask them about this. Event Espresso supports only the payment gateways developed by Event Espresso.

I know Josh, but the message is sent by event espresso not by the other gateway, I only want to know the supported countries by event espresso and the place to enable my country.

The message “Merchant country is not supported”, would not come from Event Espresso, that’s the type of message that would come from the payment processor. Event Espresso in of itself does not add support for specific countries, where you enable something in Event Espresso. Merchant Country would be something added by the gateway.
