members can still register when not logged in

I have a problem with none members being able to register for events that they are not entitled to. I have ticked the page restriction to members and the description is replaced with You need to be loged in to view. However the register button still functions and allows registration to the event. How do I solve this ?

Hi Phil,

Can you post a link to the event page that’s allowing them to register, so we can investigate further?
