Hey folks! I purchased a support token for this, but I’m not sure how to USE the support token (submit a priority ticket). At any rate…we have been having major issues with the website since the upgrade to WordPress CMS 4.4.
Event Espresso was one of the things that was heinously broken. I managed to update all the EE addons EXCEPT Members. I cannot find the newest version of the Members Addon. I’m hoping updating this plugin will fix the issue, because we get a fatal error when we try to activate it.
HELP! Where can I get the newest version and/or how can I fix this issue? This is urgent for us. Members are not able to receive their login info or reset passwords at the moment.
Any help you can give would be MUCH appreciated!

Hi Lauren,
To redeem a support token you need to go to your account page and on the right side just below your license keys you’ll see a ‘To redeem your token(s) please complete this form’, “form” is a link to redeem your token.
Click that and provide the requested details, we can then investigate this further and see what it happening.
