Wordpress 4
EE 3
The members feature is creating members pricing and over riding the standard pricing. The events are not members only. How do we remove the members pricing?

Hi Sarah,

Members pricing appears for logged-in members. Standard pricing will appear for public visitors.

Could you double-check the information above based on if you are logged-in or not?

EE creates the phantom pricing for some events but not for all. If I am not logged in as an admin, the phantom prices do not show up on our website.

Hi, can you confirm that you are entering both a member price and a standard price when creating an event?

If you are logged in, then you will see the member pricing instead of the standard pricing.

EE is creating the member pricing – we are not. For events where we have two prices, EE is automatically duplicating the prices as member prices. For example, 1-2 persons for an event is Price A, 3-5 people for an event is price B. EE then duplicates those prices as member prices. If I am logged in as admin, EE displays the member pricing on the callendar.

Hi Sarah, I may be misunderstanding but it sounds like you are only entering a value for standard pricing.

If this is the case, then Event Espresso copies over the pricing from standard over to member pricing so that member pricing is not set to 0 or free.

If you are wanting to set member pricing to 0, then be sure to enter 0 in the pricing option like so:

Thanks. This explains how the member pricing is getting created. Appreciate the help. Problem solved.
