We have setup ticket for both member and non member. We want all member on seprate page.

Hi there,

I’m not sure why you have posted your FTP credentials here? These forums are public so anyone that has viewed this thread recently has had access to those credentials, meaning full access to your site.

I highly recommend you immediately change those credentials (I will not be using them).

To work directly on a site we would require a support token:

https://eventespresso.com/product/premium-support-token/

However, we generally don’t provide customization services for support tokens. Separating ‘member’ and ‘non-member’ tickets can mean different things depend on your setup.

Can you add more specific on what you are trying to do and we can go from there? We don’t need any credentials at this time.

Ok, then my apologies, I guess I misunderstood what those credentials were for then.

Can you post some more details on what you would help with, please?
