I just updated to version 4.9.39 and was wondering if it has the feature where it keeps track of the inventory of tickets before the actual sales happen (then releases the tickets back into inventory if they do not actually sell). I’ve always had to use the branch that’s available on Github:
https://github.com/eventespresso/event-espresso-core/tree/BUG-8698-ticket-sellouts
But, that version creates other issues with invoicing and I have to switch back once registration is finished. Has this feature been merged into the main branch and included in a version update.

Version 4.9.39 indeed does include that feature.
