We have a problem with the purchase of tickets set as mandatory that do not respect the maximum number of purchases possible per transaction. In our case all the tickets are set as maximum buyable 1 and this rule is respected correctly by all tickets except those set as mandatory (entrance) this happens from version 4.9.62.p, from 4.9.61.p did not work for any tickets
the problem occurs going back and forth between the cart and the ticket selection form, or by closing the summary window and reselecting, or from the cart itself.
Oh I see. I’m afraid the way to avoid that issue would be to deactivate the Multi Event Registration add-on. The Multi Event Registration add-on erroneously adds more of the required tickets each time the View Cart button is clicked.
