Hi, I’ve found this issue topic here on the forum but haven’t seen a solution. Is there a way to increase max_input_vars within EE4 or is it done else where. I’ve updated to the latest version of EE4 and the issue is still there. Thanks

Hi Paul,

This is a setting that is changed on the server. Here is an example of how to make the change:

This is usually done through a PHP.ini file and you can sometimes make this change via your htaccess file. Who is your web host?

Hi Lorenzo,

Great, thanks. I had added those lines to my .htaccess file but it wasn’t working.

After talking to my hosting company I changed my Website Configuration in cPanel.

“PHP Implementation” to “Shared hosting PHP 5 (Apache module)” for the .htaccess file to work.

All good now …. Thanks again. Great support from EE as always 🙂
