I just purchased the Business license to get the Custom Template and in particular to get the Masonry Grid events list template. Everything is installed, but I do not see any way of selecting this template and have found no documentation explaining how to configure and use that template. Our sole reason for choosing Event Espresso was to get that template to replace a different calendar product we want to retire. Can anyone help me please? |
Hi Kelly, I’m sorry for any confusion, we don’t sell a Masonry grid template, but we do have a Grid Template for EE3. (it’s not built on the Masonry jQuery plugin though). The Grid Template is available as a separate plugin that works with the Custom Template add-on. Here’s a link to its product page: https://eventespresso.com/product/grid-template/ and a link to its documentation: |

You really should remove that from your site then, it’s misleading and may be considered false advertising. Let me check with the team to see if they can live with the grid template, but this may result in a request for a refund. |
Hi Kelly, I’d like to know where you found mention of a Masonry Grid template for sale, I can’t find it. If you can let me know (a URL would be helpful here) I’ll be sure to remove it. It’s not anyone here’s intent to mislead, it’s a simple mistake someone made. |

https://eventespresso.com/pricing/ states that Custom Template Add on is included with the Business License. Searching your site for Custom Template Add on to determine what is in that, finds this page: https://eventespresso.com/product/custom-templates/ What is or is not included with the license we purchased? |
Hi Kelly, If you read the Details section of the page you just linked to it explains what’s included. It says that the custom templates add-on for EE3 includes the Events Table Template. That’s the one in the screenshot. Following the screenshot under Premium Templates Available, in a blue box, it lists out 6 other templates that can be purchased separately. |

I’m sorry, this is not what I thought it was going to be. Our approval process is too lengthy to keep going back to the well every time I want to do something. Please let me know what I need to do to process a refund. |
Hi Kelly, This is a public support forum so could you please contact sales through the email below: sales [at] eventespresso.com They will be able to answer any of your account questions privately and provide you with some options. Cheers — |
