I had to make some adjustments to the rate that a registrant needs to pay – previously she had paid in full, but the wrong amount. So I made some adjustments in the database, but can’t work out how to set the registration to Pending Payment rather than Complete. At the moment it looks like this:
There are multiple locations the price is stored within the database which is why we advise against changing the database to do this.
I would recommend reverting the changes you previously made, set the registration status for that registration to Cancelled and manually add another registration to the event selecting the correct ticket.
You can then re-input the same details for the user into the new registration and apply a manual payment through the transaction page adding in the details of the previous payment and the user can continue through to pay the remaining balance.
