We allow the following payment options: check, invoice, credit card. When someone pays by credit card, their registration status shows as paid and they are included in the total number of registrants. But how do we mark someone paid after receiving their check in the mail, which is usually several days or weeks after they have registered?
You can do that through Event Espresso –> Transactions. Then click-through on the transaction for the registration and this will take you to the transaction details screen. About half-way down the page will be an add payment button.
That can be used to add a payment and update the registration status for the registration to approved.
