This is the error being thrown on your site from Google Maps:
Geocoding Service: You have exceeded your daily request quota for this API. If you did not set a custom daily request quota, verify your project has an active billing account: http://g.co/dev/maps-no-account For more information on usage limits and the Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/usage
In short, Google Maps is no longer free (after X amount of hits) and you’ve hit your daily free limit. See here:
Geocoding Service: This API project is not authorized to use this API. For more information on authentication and Google Maps JavaScript API services please see: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
Your key does not have the Geocoding API enabled on it.
Go to Developer Console and make sure the Geoencoding API is enabled on your key.
