When we manually add a registration into Event Espresso the mapping with infusionsoft isn’t working correctly. Syndney set up the mapping for us and it works perfectly for registration done online. Any idea how to correct this?
How do we add them in on the front end of the site?
Also, I just checked on the mapping for the online registrations and it looks like it is no longer mapping correctly. We did just update the plug in could we have lost the changes Sydney made?
You can add them on the front end of the website by going to the event’s page where everyone else normally registers. I’ll have to check with Sidney about the customizations, they may have been overwritten if he had to edit the plugin files directly when making the customizations.
ok, thanks for checking with Sidney on this. I’d really appreciate a speedy answer as all our orders are going in wrong until we get this figured out.
As for entered orders on the front end. Wont we need to enter the customers payment info? In this situation the event has already been paid for by them..
You wouldn’t need to enter the customer’s payment info because the registration gets recorded either way.
