Hello – if I have the venues entered and show maps enabled how do I troubleshoot when the map doesn’t display. The area shows fine but its simply a grey box.

Hi,
What’s happening there with the gray box is because Google requires an API key to use Google Maps API. You’ll need to get an API key from Google and set up a billing agreement, then input the key into your Event Espresso Venue Map settings.
