I’ve noticed that when I manually enter a registration and confirm it, EE4 automatically sends a “pending payment” notification message one minute before the “registration confirmation” message is sent. Most of the time, I have collected payment already and just need to edit the transaction details in the next step, so I don’t want a payment notification to be sent yet. I don’t check any of the boxes to send payment notification….what gives? How can I get EE4 to stop automatically sending payment pending notifications first? I wish there was a way to add payment info before I finish entering the registration. What can I do?
Was the send related messages option checked during the manual registration? It appears in a yellow area below the registration form.
