Manual Registration database error – cannot record payment information

This error has started occurring today after I interrupted an EE transaction by navigating away from the page. How to fix it? I can still manually mark the registration as approved but can no longer store payment information.

I can provide login access if needed.

Update, this seems to happen with only one registration. Another one went through fine. I trashed the registration and tried again, but got the same response.

Are you trying to enter the registrant details again and then its not accepting any manual payments?

What version of Event Espresso are you using?
