Good Afternoon –
I am working with a client who is trying to sell sponsorship opportunities (along with event tickets) through their website. Since we already had EE4 installed on the site, we were hoping to use it for both.
The issue we are running into with the sponsorships is having add-ons to the ticket. For example; for $300 the customer could sponsor the event but must provide an extra service themselves. For an additional $200 charge, they can sponsor the event but my client would provide the extra service. I see the ability to add a $200 surcharge as a price modifier, but it doesn’t appear to be optional. Is there a way to change that? Or maybe there is a better way to accomplish this that doesn’t involve surcharges?
I understand we are most likely using the plugin in ways it was not intended for, but since it’s already installed, we should at least give it a try.

Another way that may work for you is present two different ticket options, one with the $200 surcharge, and one without the $200 surcharge.
