Hi,
Is there a way to customise the format of the registration questionnaire to have it appear as two columns?
e.g. Questions on the left side, fields on the right side, or questions and answer spread to 2 columns except for section titles.

Hi, we can’t redesign your registration checkout page for you but I was able to get you a starting point.
First, set your registration checkout page to use a full-width layout without a sidebar through the pages editor in your WP dashboard and save changes.
Then try adding this CSS to your site via a free plugin like Reaktiv CSS Builder or Simple Custom CSS:
.ee-reg-form-qstn-grp-dv {
width: 50%;
float: left;
}
