Hello, |
Hi Troy, May I ask can you add some clarification? When you mention only available by mail does that mean they cannot be purchased online? |

Hello, |
Hi Troy, The tricky part to this is they’re all in the same event. If you could split the season passes into a separate event, then it’s a fairly simple thing to turn off the Ticket Notice email for that event. Or you could still send a ticket notice email for that event, but it’d be just a note informing them to watch the mailbox for their tickets to be delivered by post. |

Hello, |
You can put the ticket selectors from both events onto one page if you’d like. There’s a ticket selector shortcode for each event (click the “Shortcode” button just below the event’s title field in the event editor). Unless you have the Multi Event Registration add-on activated they’d only be able to purchase a season ticket or a day ticket in one transaction. |

Yes we do have multi-event activated so I will try this out. Thank You, Troy |
When you set up the custom ticket notice for the Season pass event you can set the To: field to be blank. That effectively disables the message type for that event. |

Hello, |
Hi, Both ticket selector tables actually need to use their own buttons. The reason being is because they are two separate forms. So each button needs to be clicked if adding both to the cart. |
