I don’t have a need right now for requiring purchasers to enter a password. Some people find this very confusing, particually when returning to the same event to buy a second/third ticket later.
Can I turn off the requirement to create a password completely (and if that is a daft idea, why?)
It was as the purchase was being made.
My developer fixed this. I don’t know how he fixed it as I couldn’t find a setting, but he is much brighter than me, fortunately.
