Hi there,
Is there a way to have the Address Information question group checked by default for all events? I want to make sure the event admin doesn’t forget to check that each time.

Hi there,
Currently not, we do have a snippet that will enable all question groups on the primary registrant using jQuery here:

Do you have additional custom question groups or just Personal Info and Address info? If you just have those 2 just add the above to a custom functions plugin on the site and it should check them by default for you. We have some documentation on creating a plugin here:

Hi Tony,
Thanks for getting back to me. I added that snippet, and tested by creating a new event but the Address Info wasn’t checked by default ==> snipboard.io/p316Tn.jpg
We are only using the Personal and Address Questions for the Primary registrant. Any idea why this didn’t work?

Hmm I must be doing something wrong then. I added it into my functions.php file, right after the snippet from you all that removes the “Add state” link in the registration (that snippet is working) ==> snipboard.io/tArOgP.jpg
Is that correct?

Your theme’s functions.php file may load too late during the request for this to work, please follow the link above and create a custom functions plugin, then add the snippet there.
