Hi there, I just updated EE and now I have a maintenance mode error. When I click to update I get a wordpress error with this Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Event Espresso Level 2 Maintenance mode is active. That means EE can not run ANY database queries until the necessary migration scripts have run which will take EE out of maintenance mode level 2. Please inform support of this error. in /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php:2421 Stack trace: #0 /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php(1062): EEM_Base->_do_wpdb_query(‘get_results’, Array) #1 /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php(933): EEM_Base->_get_all_wpdb_results(Array) #2 /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php(1257): EEM_Base->get_all(Array) #3 /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_h in /home/customer/www/familyconstellations.com.au/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php on line 2421 hope you can help please |

Hi, I’ve got the same issue with 5.0.8. version … No option to deactivate maintenance mode and complete installation. really need help !!! |
Hi there, Redownload version 5.0.8.p from your account page. Then on the site go to Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New -> Upload plugin. Select the .zip file you just downloaded and upload. WordPress should tell you there is a version already installed and ask if you want to replace it, do so. Now retest, do you get the same error? |
