Hello, I have set up events to sync to MailChimp segments – however it has not been working. The API key is confirmed. It had worked in the past but now its not.
The integration asks an attendee/registrant to complete a double-optin so once they register on your site, then they click a confirmation via MailChimp to finish the process.
Are you using Event Espresso 3 or Event Espresso 4 for your project?
I’m assuming that the X means fails and check mark are successes. Most of the Xes are “Already Subscribed” which is fine. There is one (-99) Unknown_Exception – not sure what that could be?

It’s a failure within the MailChimp api, unfortunately MailChimp themselves don’t know what the error was, so neither can we currently.
If you test a registration with a new email address does it show successful in the list?
