We are considering acquisition of a MailChimp Growing Business Account. We will like to integrate our email marketing efforts to our Event Espresso tool.
Have some questions regarding integration to EE3 and EE4:
– Can I load my subscribers data base into MailChimp and have it Sync to the Event Espresso Data Base?
– Do email lists generated by association to an EE event get integrated to previously created lists on MailChimp or does one end up with as many lists as events?
– Is there a difference between the MailChimp AddOn for EE3 and EE4?

Hi,
There isn’t a sync feature.
Attendees/registrants are added to an email list that you specify on a per event basis. This means that you can add attendees for one event and not for another.
The addon for Event Espresso 4 lets you transfer specific information from custom questions. The version for EE3 will transfer a name and an email address.
