Hi Event Espresso,
I’ve tried generating a few API Keys in mailchimp, pasted them in, saved/updated, but I still do not get a list to appear in the event edit sidebar for mailchimp. The list choice dropdown menu only says ‘do not send to mailchimp’. It also says ‘no groups found for this list’.
Is there something else I’m supposed to do to connect my mailchimp list besides pasting in the api key?

Hi Deborah,
You should not need to do anything else other than add the key.
When you add the key to your MailChimp settings, does it show a green ticket after the field?

Hi Tony,
It does show a green check mark. I deleted the API key and refreshed so that it gave me a red x. Then I tried putting in the API key again. It generated the green check mark, but the same problem persists-no list is shown as available.

Ok, and you definitely have at least one list created in the MailChimp account your are linking up to?
If so can you send me temporary login details so I can take a quick look at the request and make sure nothing is interfering? You can use this form:
