Hello,
The emails in the messages section are not sending. I have configured the website to send emails through postman’s smtp OAuth configuration however it does not send the emails. I did try deactivating the plugin however it still does not send.

Following are the error messages I get:
An error has occurred:

No message was sent because of problems with sending. Either all the messages you selected were not a sendable message, they were ALREADY sent on a different scheduled task, or there was an error. If there was an error, you can look at the messages in the message activity list table for any error messages.

The “i” popup says the following:

Message was not executed successfully.
Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (mustafaatayyeb@gmail.com) or “from” address (Teens Tafrih ) is invalid.

Hello,

Are you able to receive regular WordPress notifications such as new user emails or a password reset email?

If not, then their may be a problem with wp_mail and your web host should be able to help you resolve that issue which should fix email notifications across your WP site.

Yes I am receiving regular WP emails. I just created a new user and received an email notification for that.

Sendgrid is working, EE4 messages are still not working, same error as before.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates.

Edit the Registration Approved message type (Registrant context).

What shortcode are you using for the ‘From’ field?

If its using a _FORMATTED shortcode, try using the none formatted version and send a test email.

So if you are using the [EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL] change to [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] and retest, does it work then?
