When someone registred o makes a payment does not recieve any message.
“Message was not executed successfully.
Messenger and Message Type were valid and active, but the messenger send method failed.
The email did not send successfully.
The WordPress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send.
It is possible the “to” address (Camiladiazgonzalez0@gmail.com) or “from” address (Be Madrid ) is invalid.”
It looks like the “From” address needs to be fixed. In other words “Be Madrid” is not an email address. Can you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then edit all the active templates to ensure they have a valid email address in the From fields?
Ok, go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates -> Registration Approved. Click on the ‘Registrant’ link – http://take.ms/0rxPo
Change the From field to just use [CO_EMAIL] and save.
Now add your own registration on an event and Approve that registration to trigger the email, does it work then?
Note your using your own registration here to confirm that the above change fixes the problem, if you receive the registration approved email you’ll need to fix all of the templates.
We can give you more details on doing so but have you modified the email templates at all?
