When we updated EE from 4.9.2 to 4.9.3, the email template for printables tickets was reseted

Do you have a backup of your database from before you ran the update? Also, when you go to Event Espresso > Messages, is the Ticket Message template active?

I had a snapshot of VM. No problem about this.
Yes. The ticket template was active and translated. It came back to english.

Are you able to get that template from your backup?

I already manually translated again.
