Dear Support, suddenly i have lost the following information from all registered attendees who made a purchase BEFORE March 28, 2018 5:46 PM. and by all i mean even those who registered few years back. the information lost is: First Name[ATT_fname] I tried to download the CVX and see if the data are visible in the excel sheet, but no luck. |
Hi Khalid, Do you have a backup of the WP database that can be restored to? The data is stored on your site’s database so if you have a backup, the data can be restored. Otherwise you can contact your host to see if they have a recent backup. |

even if there is a backup, this issue has been detected two days ago during those two days new registration has made a purchase. if i back up now i will lose the data in between. please note there is a priority token purchased linked to this topic |
|
to elabroute further, the new registrations information is visible and intact for those who registered after March 28, 2018 5:46 PM |
Hi, Do you have any backups of the data prior to that date? |
|
|
i just checked with the host, there is no database back up available |

Website: pdc-gd.com |

Godaddy mentioend that they have a paid service where they can restore the website up to 30 days back max. but i don’t think this will solve the issue, and there is transactions happened between the date this issue appeared and today. could it be an issue in presenting the data, not an issue with the database? |
|
I just noticed that the billing information is stored on the transaction details page. is it connected? |
Hi Khalid, I installed the Adminer plugin and spent some time looking into this. I’m afraid this is a data issue where the wp_esp_attendee_meta table appears to have been dropped a few days ago. It currently has 49 entries, and it should have 9659. Was someone working on the database of this site a few days ago, and did they delete any of the site’s tables? If this were my site I’d check with the host to see if they did any migrations, I wonder if they migrated the site to a different server and failed to migrate this one table. If you can get a backup of the site’s database, the data from that one table could be merged with what’s been added since then. |
