Lost My Calendar in the upgrade

Hello – I recently upgraded to EE 4.3 and failed to do the ical hotfix 3.01. I’d like to just reinstall the updated calendar plugin that I purchased, but I can’t figure out how to do that.

WordPress 3.9.2 running child-spun-2 theme.

This is my first support post, so I’m not sure about the difference between a support license (Which I have) and a transaction ID (which I can’t find). I paid for the calendar plugin, but deleted it in the process of trying to upgrade it through WP plugins. It was version 3.0 and working fine before the upgrade.

If you have another account here at eventespresso.com you could try logging in there and there might be download links for the current calendar release if the account is current. If not, someone from sales can help get your account updated if you contact them via this form:

Thanks for they reply. I will do that, but it’s confusing because I don’t know what a transaction ID is and it’s required. Also, it says the version goes up to 3.xx and that sounds like ee3 not ee4.

I am logged in as i’m writing you here, and there are other threads with suggestions about what I need that I can’t read.

anyway, I’ll try the sales link next even though it doesn’t look like it applies to ee4.

Please do contact sales, because the account your logged into is a free account and doesn’t have access to purchased downloads.
