The page after clicking an event on my calendar looks very confusing and lacks any stylistic design. Is there a way to change this? |
Hi there, It depends on the specifics of what you want to change. The page itself is just a standard page within WordPress which uses the The checkout process within EE is all output from the above shortcode and whilst you can add additional styles to change that view, it depends on what you want to do. Can you add some more details or a screenshot showing the changes? |

I’m looking to change the whole layout of the page, fonts, graphics, etc. Also my buttons on the page are missing and can’t actually use it to do anything right now. Like I can’t register anyone. Lots of bugs with the calendar too with showing two day events. |
Can you link me to the pages so I can take a look? |

I’m not sure how to do that. The website isn’t live. Maybe try going through the link below? If you go through courses, the first on is under emergency first aid. |

It’s under courses and then emergency first aid. |

Also, none of the shortcodes populate when trying to integrate them into a pop up? |
All I can see on that link is a request for a pin to view the site: https://monosnap.com/file/lFTNGYijuGRfQhboHmjCMA4HUP6SxQ If you can post that pin in a private reply I’ll take a look. However, one thing that does come to mind is your using elementor. Event Espresso doesn’t officially support any page builders for it’s content currently and whilst that doesn’t mean it wont work you wont have the same level of control you have with standard pages/posts with EE events. |

I don’t know what the pin is? Also I have no clue how to use wordpress without elementor. It would be nice if this was posted somewhere when purchasing the plugin. Am I able to get a refund for the remaining term of my year? It doesn’t work with pop ups for me, my buttons are missing and I can’t change the layout and what not like I’d like to. Thanks in advance. |
It’s something set by your host as that’s not something I’ve seen before, you would need to contact them to discuss this further.
The buttons are likely an issue with the theme in use not applying styles, we can usually help fix that with some custom CSS but I need to see the page to see the issue to know for sure.
The quickest way for this is to contact our sales team using this form: https://eventespresso.com/request-a-refund/ We don’t process refunds directly on the forum but they can investigate this further. |
