I often send out emails to students registered in my classes to let them know what supplies they will need for the class. However, they’ve started telling me recently that they are not receiving these emails, or are getting them sometimes as late as a week after I’ve sent them. I have all the latest updates of WordPress and Event Espresso. Any help on this would be appreciated.
You can go to Event Espresso > Messages > Message Settings and set the the option for emails to be sent on the same request. This way there will be no delay.
