Logo Low Quality on Invoice

I’ve never had issues with this, but after updating Event Espresso, my logo now shows up in super low quality on invoices only.

Hi there,

When you view the image directly at the url, is it low quality or pixelated?

How are you loading the image file in your templates; are you using a shortcode for the logo or directly pulling the image in via custom html?

Do you have a link to the image file?

The image is not low quality or pixelated directly at the URL. It is our standard logo in jpg format. Here is the link to the original photo.

I don’t know how we are loading the image file in the template. We are using the default template that came with Event Espresso. It is simply using the logo image the we uploaded our account.

Can you link me to either an event I can register on or an invoice for a test registration I can view, please?

Hi there,

Sorry, not the PDF from the invoice. The HTML view.

Or, check within the Invoice settings to confirm you are using the full-sized image for the logo:

Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice

Check the ‘Logo Image’ field and confirm what the URL in use there is.
