Login Screen Not Available (within wp-admin) & Intermittent Issues on Reg Pages

The Event Espresso plug-in has caused the wp-admin (login) screen not to be available whenever it is enabled. This occurred after the previous upgrade was done to the site.
Also – since that upgrade we get intermittent errors on the registration forms with select values not being present and not able to complete registration forms.
