Sent an email, suggested we posted on the forum so I have.
Today we have been unable to access our a/c for a number of hours – probably the DDOS. Now that we can none of our passwords, emails or usernames are recognised.
We have an event very early Fri morning, time zone GMT+4 and we need to access our database.
As you are logged into your account here, I assume you are referring to the ability to log into your own site is that correct?
If so we (EventEspresso) have no access to your site, all of your events, attendees, users, login details etc are all stored within your sites Database and are not connected to Event Espresso.
If not could you explain this a little further please?
We have a m\s plugin that permits us to access the backend amongst other things, which is as per the subject line. This is different to our EE login on this site.
If that m/s plugin is not the issue then it’s either a WP problem or form our developer/DB host.
Wasn’t sure where it was since we are using the EE m/s plugin.
As stated, our developer/host was slow on the uptake.
