May I ask which of the troubleshooting items did you do? Can you post a link to the website so we can check to see if the WP API is available there?

“The requested resource could not be found…” or “No route was found matching the URL and request method” – this means you do not have Event Espresso activated or you do not have the minimum version of Event Espresso and/or WordPress installed. You will need Event Espresso version 4.8.41+ and WordPress 4.5+ to connect your mobile device to your website. If your site meets the above requirements, you can try resetting the site’s rewrite rules. You go to the WordPress > Settings > Permalinks page from your WordPress dashboard and WordPress will automatically reset the rewrite rules when the page loads.

Hi tixeventsadmin,
I’m afraid that site is running Event Espresso 3.1.37.8. The mobile app you tried requires Event Espresso 4.8.41 or greater.
The mobile apps listed on this other page will work with Event Espresso 3:
