Hello, we have recurring events and we’d like to prevent any registrations from occurring 2 hours prior to the start time. We tried just changed the registration end time but that did not work. Any advice?

When you say it didn’t work, what happened?
Are you using EE3 or EE4?

The registration stayed open until the end of the event. We are using EE3

If you are setting the Registration End time to 2 hours before your event starts that the event should stop registrations then, if not something is altering the time on your server.
So for example, if I setup a test event and set the Registration End time to AFTER the servers current time – http://take.ms/sCkvO
The registration will stay open – http://take.ms/Ko6eN
If I then change that time to a time BEFORE the server current time – http://take.ms/QXlF7
Update the event an refresh the event page, the event closes – http://take.ms/hThI2
If that’s NOT happening for you then its likely something is altering the time on the server.
