Hi, after registering and selecting Bank Payment as payment option, I get a successful registration but the “Loading Payment Information” message (with the rotating gear) gets stuck. I am able to view the PDF and the email gets sent, so the issue really is just that message. I have upgraded to Event Espresso 4.7.6.p already which should have addressed this accdg to the changelogs but seems that that’s not the case. You can replicate the issue by registering for this workshop.

Can you try disabling the following W3 total cache settings listed below one at a time to see if any of them are contributing to this issue?
Thanks, Josh. I disabled each one by one but each time the “Loading payment information” was still stuck. I enabled W3TC’s debug logging, loaded the page with the stuck message and pasted the source here.
Can you try completely disabling the caching plugin?
