Currently we are using the invoice payment gateway and a custom gateway based on the same offline gateway. A message is coming up on the Thank you page after either payment option has been selected saying that it is ‘loading payment information’ and a spinning wheel/followed by a message including currently wait time 00:00. It appears to be looking for a payment gateway externally? The message is not disappearing – the wheel just keeps spinning.
Most likely it is to do with the custom gateway. Can you try disabling that gateway and seeing if the payment options then appear?
