I am using EE3, with the Multi-Event Registration add-on, Member Add-on, Calendar add-on, and I am using a Genesis theme. I can go through the process of picking the event, selecting the number of people for the event, but when I click on Enter Attendee Information, it loads the =load_checkout_page url bar, but doesn’t ever show any information. I am updating from an old site, and I have duplicated all of the settings from the old site where this function did work, and implemented them on the new site. I have tried disabling all of the plugins, went into the wp-config.php file and displayed the errors, and still have not been able to figure this one out. The rest of the event-registration page displays like it should(ie sidebar, header, ect.,), all except for the attendee information which isn’t displaying at all. I have the shortcode on the page, and I have reset the permalinks several times with no luck, and I have also made sure my WP Memory Limit is set to 64mb. Any ideas? – Thanks in advance! |
Hi Sean, could you please share a link to any event on your site so we can help you troubleshoot this issue? Thanks — |

Here is a link to an event on my development site… DEV EVENT<a/> You’ll need an account to go through with it. How do you want me to get you account details? |
Hello again, please use this link: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ We may need to temporarily deactivate other plugins and we will be sure to ask before making any changes. Thanks — |

Hi Sean, It may help if you can remove or rename the multi_registration_page.php and multi_registration_page_display.php template files that you have in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. |

Josh, both files have been removed…still no luck. |
Hi Sean, I just replied to your email with a question. Go ahead and reply to that email and once we find the issue, then we can share it here to help other members that may run into this issue. Thanks — |

After a weekend of thinking on it and trying to figure out the issue, it turned out to be an conflict with my custom CSS. Thankyou Lorenzo for all of the help and support. |
