Our load times are running very slow, up to 45 seconds. At various times the page won’t even load. We are about to turn off EE and go back to our old site because we are losing business. Is there anyway to get live help?

Hi there,
We offer one-on-one support via Priority Support Tokens.
What kind of of hosting are you using? Is this a shared server for example?
Looking over the site there are a lot of resources being loaded on every page, the theme is loading over 30 javascript files and 10 CSS files on each page load. Each of those files will add overhead to the page, especially if the server is under load.
Is the a reason you believe EE is causing the slow down? I’m asking because I’m loading pages on your site that do not run Event Espresso but are loading slowly. Sometimes the page loads fine (less than 3 seconds) others a lot longer (over 15 seconds).
