We updated our wordpress theme and now have the free version of EE loaded on our site. We need our paid version of EE4 uploaded ASAP.
I can’t figure it out so am hoping you can help me!

Hi Jessica,
I replied to your email about your recent purchase. I’ll also share feedback here for other members that may have a similar question.
When you purchase a support license on EventEspresso.com, you’ll automatically be signed into your new account and that account will have a unique support license key which is a series of numbers and letters.
You can copy that support license key from your account page and then go to your WordPress dashboard –> Event Espresso –> General Settings and then paste it in and save changes.
After the page refreshes, then you’ll see a button to upgrade. Click the upgrade button and your site will be updated to the latest premium version of Event Espresso 4.
