Linking Directly to Registration URLs with integrated ticket

Hello
We would like to integrate URL hyperlinks to event checkout pages – the step after the ticket selector/registration page. This requires a cookie cached in local PC Temp data. It is possible to circumnavigate this?

For example: This is our event
https://amrityoga.org/allevents/mahasamadhi-a-celebration-of-love-and-lineage-20172018/

can we proceed to the checkout page with one of those tickets selected, without users landing on the event-post page. We want to create URL links from other page with more complex graphic presentation on ticket options that links straight to checkout.
