We received a complaint from an attendee that the link she received in her confirmation email just took her to our homepage. I feel like this has happened once before, but I can’t find the post in my account, or in the support forum. Hello,

Looking at your actions column, I see that the ticket icon is missing.

Could you double-check that the printable tickets add-on is enabled?

You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings and activate the HTML messenger. This will allow the ticket links to function.

Is this something that would’ve been turned off when I was deactivating and reactivating plugins during other tests?

That’s active now. What about “email”? And how is any of this affected by SparkPost (which was also “off” after deactivating/reactivating)?
