I was thinking something as a workaround for conditional logic in the registration form.
So once they fill in the registration form and pay a form is triggered to the email address to fill in the necessary details. I am thinking an online form that could have conditional logic in it
For example I use Caldera Forms for another part of our website and this allows conditional logic to be built in to the forms
Previously we have made it so that we have an two seperate events on the same day, one selling the adult tickets and one the child tickets but this is a bit messy so looking for a way to streamline this
Thanks
Ok, so yes, you could add a link within the Registration Approved email to link to a page containing a third party form, if that form plugin supports pulling in values from the query string you could even add the REG_ID to it so you know what registration the form submission is for without using simply name only.
However, in my opinion, splitting out these submissions into another section that you need to manage is going to cause you more admin work in the long run.
Although EE doesn’t currently support conditional logic, you could use some jQuery on the checkout page to hide specific questions based on the value set on another. We don’t have examples of this as each users example would be unique for that users questions but anyone with some experience with jQuery should be able to create that for you.
