I have several sponsorship items that I set to a quantity of 1. A couple of these have been claimed. They are both registered, but are sending paper checks so no payment is applied yet. I just noticed that instead of showing as sold out, both are still available to purchase in the ticket selector. How can I fix it so they’re showing as sold out?
Hi Melissa, I understand that you are selling sponsorships and collecting payments offline through paper checks.
Event Espresso does not hold spots for offline payments because it does not know if an attendee will follow through and pay. You can mark the attendees that claimed the sponsorships as approved and this will update them to sold out.
Here is what I recommend:
1) Go to your WordPress dashboard (WP-admin).
2) Go to Event Espresso → Registrations.
3) Look for the attendees that chose the sponsorship options. Then select them by placing a checkmark.
4) Click on the Bulk Options dropdown menu towards the top left of the screen.
