Hello!
We are using EE 4 Premium. We are looking for a solution for the following use case. Users have to be logged in in order to be able to register for an event: the force login option is on. Also the maximum number of tickets per transaction is set to 1. We have notices that certain users have been able to to order 2 tickets by making 2 separate transaction. How can we limit the amount of ticket to 1/WP user account?
I haven’t found an option that let’s me set this.

Hi Silvia,
Currently EE does not prevent a user from registering onto events multiple times, it would be possible to save the ticket/event ID to user meta then hook in and check if the current event/ticket ID has been registered onto by the user then if so block the registration however this would require some custom development by a developer.
